In late 2018, a record imbued with Jonas Aden’s signature sounds and titled ‘I Dip You Dip’ began to surface in a series of high-profile sets by none other than Martin Garrix, Brooks and Oliver Heldens. Shortly thereafter, the record was snapped up by Don Diablo to release it on his label Hexagon. Within the first day, further support came from the likes of Hardwell, Mike Williams, Alan Walker, Blasterjaxx, Afrojack, Mesto, R3hab, Firebeatz, Bingo Players, Jay Hardway, Morgan Page and many more, leading it to swiftly overthrow Fisher’s seemingly unstoppable 2018 record ‘Losing It’ and take the #1 spot on 1001tracklist.com’s influential Trending Chart.
In amongst all the new Jonas Aden records released since – including 'Strangers Do', 'I Don't Speak French' (feat. RebMoe), ‘Your Melody’ (with Mesto), 'Riot' (with Brooks) and 'Tell Me A Lie' – Jonas has also delivered huge remixes for Zedd & Katy Perry’s hit record ‘365’ and Tiësto, Rita Ora and Jonas Blue’s ‘Ritual’ as well as managing to squeeze in time to co-write and co-produce Alan Walker & A$AP Rocky’s single ‘Live Fast’.
Alongside the new music, in 2018, Jonas kicked off a regular series of instructional videos for songwriters, producers and musicians on his YouTube channel, helping Jonas to quickly become a leading figure in the online music community with now over 18 million views and 230k subscribers on his channel.
In celebration of reaching the 100k subscribers milestone on YouTube, in December 2019 Jonas launched the inaugural Aden Award announcing that he'll be giving away $10,000 of his own money to support the career of an upcoming musician in the scene and personal mentoring from him throughout 2020.
In February 2021, Jonas launched the BIGGIFIER - a software plug-in that he spent over a year developing with WA Production. The plug-in which promises to help producers 'sound big instantly' has been a huge success with overwhelmingly positive feedback deeming in an essential tool for producers of all levels.
On 23 February 2021, Jonas announced on his socials that he was temporarily stepping back from the limelight to concentrate on "a new music journey" and promised "to be back stronger and better than ever."
